
Uganda Wildlife Authority Rangers and Wardens were recently in Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda, benefiting from a series of intensive training courses delivered by 35 soldiers from the British military – 4 Rifles Regiment.
The Session has now reached every protected area in Uganda. The Recovery of Murchison Falls program is run and sponsored by the Uganda Conservation Foundation in partnership with Uganda Wild life Authority this training covers Junior Leadership for NCO’s – including aspects such as leadership, team work, patrol techniques, first aid, communications. 4 Rifles were incredibly impressed with the quality of UWA’s teams, just as every other training team has been.
